Actor, comedian and producer Xavier Lopez Rodriguez, better known as "Chabello," died Saturday at the age of 88, according to his family on his official Twitter account.

After his death was announced, Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador took to Twitter to offer his condolences to the actor.
