Their site is designed as a guide for people looking to explore the Languedoc area they are considering buying a property in. All the way to individual towns and villages such as Pezenas or Marseillan.
Gary Ingram and his team at Languedoc Property Finders have done a lot of research into the wants and needs of people from the UK looking to buy in this part of France.
"Property in Languedoc is still very popular with people from the UK and other parts of Europe. Where the area used to only attract people looking to retire, more and younger people are now looking at property in Languedoc as a good investment. Something where they can stay.” when they want and rent when they are not there”.

"Cap D'Agde has always been popular," says Gary, "There are some really good modern developments with terraces and sea views, which for many people are the perfect example of a beach holiday in the south of France. In contrast, old towns such as Pezenas, Caux and Neffies have some wonderful old buildings, often overlooking neighboring vineyards. It is this appeal to older buildings full of character that makes Caux and Neffies properties very popular with people from the UK."
